Social Impact Administrator

Role Summary 

The Social Impact & Program Administrator will lead the coordination and execution of PRO ALLY’s core social impact initiatives. 

This role combines program and event management, grant acquisition, sponsorship coordination, partnership development, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless delivery of high-impact programs while strengthening funding, partnerships, and measurable social impact outcomes across both initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities 

1. Program & Event Management (WIME Awards & Nexstars) 

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of the initiatives 
  • Coordinate timelines, program schedules, and deliverables across both initiatives 
  • Liaise with venues, vendors, and service providers for seamless execution 
  • Oversee event-day operations including registration, guest experience, and protocol 
  • Coordinate volunteers and assign responsibilities 
  • Prepare post-event and program reports, documentation, and evaluations 

2. Grants, Fundraising & Sponsorship Management 

  • Identify and pursue grant opportunities to support and broaden our social impact programs 
  • Lead grant writing, proposal development, and submissions 
  • Develop and manage sponsorship pipelines for the initiatives 
  • Coordinate sponsorship proposals, agreements, and benefit delivery 
  • Ensure sponsors receive agreed visibility, recognition, and engagement 
  • Track funding pipelines and support donor and sponsor reporting 

3. Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement 

  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with NGOs, corporates, and institutions 
  • Serve as liaison for advisory boards, trustees, and key stakeholders 
  • Coordinate meetings, courtesy visits, and high-level engagements 
  • Manage relationships with industry leaders, sponsors, and development partners 
  • Ensure smooth communication between stakeholders and internal teams 

4. Honoree & Community Management 

  • Coordinate nomination, selection, and onboarding of cohort 
  • Manage invitations, confirmations, and protocol arrangements for VIP guests 
  • Support honorees and speakers before, during, and after events 
  • Support engagement, coordination, and growth of the community 

5. Communications & Content Coordination 

  • Draft and manage official emails, letters, and reports 
  • Coordinate event communications, announcements, and updates 
  • Support development of press materials and stakeholder communications 
  • Ensure consistent and professional brand messaging across both initiatives 

6. Digital & Social Media Coordination 

  • Support digital campaigns for our social initiatives 
  • Coordinate social media content, announcements, and engagement strategies 
  • Collaborate with design teams to improve visibility and audience engagement 

7. Research, Monitoring & Impact Reporting 

  • Conduct research on funding, partnerships, and industry trends 
  • Develop and maintain documentation and reporting systems 
  • Track program performance and impact metrics across both initiatives 
  • Prepare donor reports, internal reports, and post-event impact assessments 

8. Administrative & Financial Support 

  • Maintain records, documentation, and operational systems 
  • Support budget tracking, procurement, and vendor payments 
  • Assist with financial tracking for sponsorships, grants, and ticketing 

Required Skills & Competencies 

  • Strong experience in program/event management and coordination 
  • Proven ability in grant writing, fundraising, or sponsorship management 
  • Experience in stakeholder and partnership management 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines 
  • Strong research and analytical skills 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Background in social impact, development, sustainability, or related fields 
  • Experience working with NGOs, social enterprises, or community programs 
  • Familiarity with ESG, gender inclusion, and youth/STEM empowerment initiatives 
  • Experience managing awards programs or large-scale events
