PRO ALLY at NAPE 2025 — the largest exploration conference in sub-Sahara Africa. PRO ALLY partnered with the Nigerian Association of Petroleum Explorationists to design and deliver the Strategic ESG Storytelling: From Compliance to Capital course, providing end-to-end programme design and facilitation. PRO ALLY led course concept development, curriculum design, faculty coordination, and delivery of an intensive, multi-module training experience, equipping energy professionals with practical ESG, sustainability, and investor-grade storytelling skills and successfully engaging participants across technical, finance, and operational disciplines.

- Delivered faculty-led sessions covering ESG fundamentals, materiality, risk management, reporting frameworks (GRI, IFRS/TCFD, SASB, CSRD), and communication strategy.
- Applied real-world case studies, simulations, and exercises tailored to oil and gas and energy sector realities.
- Anchored learning around practical application to participants' own organisational contexts.

- Course rating of 4.82 out of 5.
- Participants identified practical next steps to embed ESG into policies, operational decisions, risk management, and internal reporting processes.
- 2nd time delivering ESG course at same conference on an invitation basis.
